Keep your most frequently used screwdriver and drill bits organised and ready to use with this Makita tool mounted bit holder set. Designed to attach directly to compatible Makita cordless tools, the holders provide convenient onboard bit storage without needing to search through a toolbox, case or pocket.

Each set includes 2 holders: one holder for the left side of the tool and one for the right side. The handed design follows the shape of the tool body for a cleaner fit and allows bits to be stored on both sides.

What You Receive

The holders are handed components. The left holder is designed for the left side of the tool and the right holder is designed for the right side.

Tested Tool Compatibility

This bit holder set has been tested with the following Makita models:

• Makita DDF484 drill driver

It may also fit other Makita tools that use the same or a very similar tool body, side profile and accessory screw arrangement.

Please note: compatibility with models not listed above cannot be guaranteed. Please compare your tool body, mounting points and available side clearance with the product photographs before ordering.

Screw And Installation Information

Screws are not included. The holders are designed to use the original Makita accessory screws already fitted to your tool, where available.

• Remove the appropriate original screw from the side of the tool
• Position the correct left or right holder over the mounting point
• Refit and tighten the original screw carefully
• Check that the holder is secure before inserting bits

If your tool does not have the required screw, or the original screw is missing, a replacement can be purchased using:

• Makita replacement screw code: Makita 251314-2
• Alternative screw size: M5x10mm

Please confirm the thread and screw compatibility with your exact tool before purchasing or fitting a replacement screw. Do not force an incorrect screw into the tool body.

Important Installation And Warranty Information

Removing, replacing or reusing screws on your tool may affect the manufacturer’s warranty. Please check your Makita warranty conditions before installation.

Always use the correct screw for your exact tool model, avoid overtightening and check that the holder is securely fitted before use. Incorrect screws or installation may damage the tool body or mounting threads.
